Strictly Dance!
Pupils from all classes throughout the school enjoyed
exploring the strand of dance.
Will it float or will it sink?
Boys and girls participated in an experiment which
investigated whether an array of materials float or sink when immersed in water.
Beautiful Butter!
Pupils enjoyed exploring the scientific process of making butter. The butter was used on bread as acted as a tasty treat!!

Write a Book 2017
First Class enjoyed writing their own books and reading the work
of the Children in First class from Carrabane National School.
Reading Buddies
In our reading pairs, we read our weekly reader
aloud to our partners. We then asked our partner some questions, based on the
story. We also brought our favourite books to explain to our friends what makes
our favourite books so great. Many thanks to all the wonderful, confident readers and expert listeners who took part!
